Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Biskit application and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated within India. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of India to use the Platform. By using Biskit, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or are used in violation of these Terms.

3. Orders

Orders placed through Biskit are subject to acceptance by the partner store. Product availability, prices, and delivery timelines depend on the store and may change without notice. The store reserves the right to cancel an order if items are unavailable, the delivery address is outside its serviceable area, or other operational issues arise.

4. Payments

Biskit currently supports Cash on Delivery only. The amount payable shown at checkout includes the subtotal, applicable delivery and handling fees, and any discounts. Cash must be paid in full at the time of delivery. Additional payment methods may be introduced in future releases.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform to engage in fraudulent activity, to harass or harm partner stores or delivery personnel, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its data, or to place orders you do not intend to receive or pay for. Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a manner harmful to other users, partner stores, or the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time by uninstalling the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

Biskit acts as a technology platform that connects you with partner stores. We do not own the inventory, prepare orders, or perform the delivery ourselves. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question, except where prohibited by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
