Delete Your Account

You can delete your Biskit account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is deleted.

Delete from within the app

The fastest way is directly in the Biskit app:

1. Open the Biskit app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Account delete karein (Delete account).
3. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from your registered contact at anshuljainaj97@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number registered with Biskit. We will verify your request and delete your account, typically within 7 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account and phone number
• Your name
• Your saved delivery addresses and location data
• Your device push-notification token

What we retain, and why

Past order records (items, amounts, dates, and status) are kept in an anonymised form — with the personal link to you removed — so the partner store and Biskit can maintain accurate settlement, tax, and accounting records as required under Indian law. These retained records can no longer be associated with you.
